Concrete crown cutting
What is a crown on the concrete, and why it is needed
Concrete drilling is an activity that is required during the construction of any construction or repair. The holes must be extremely precise, so this activity requires specific technique and skills of the operator. BORSTROY 27 has both.
The diamond drill bit is a tool that handles drilling holes of all sizes in concrete. The method is fast and effective no matter how thick and strong the material is. The machine is specific and its use saves customers time and money.
Types of drilling
Sometimes drilling a hole is done near the edge or in a more fragile material. To reduce the risk of damage, relentless drilling is used. Two types of impact drilling are performed with a diamond drill bit:
Wet drilling. The drill bit is cooled with water during the drilling process. This makes it easier to throw the spent material out of the cutting area and prevents overheating.
Dry drilling. The cooling water has been replaced with air. This method results in dusting of the object, but the dust is sucked out with a special vacuum cleaner.
